Cancellation & Refund
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover losses which are out of our control such as sickness, travel disruption etc. You may already be covered by your bank or credit card.
Room Reservations
- Cancellations with more than 30 days’ notice will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice will be refunded 50%.
- Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice are not refundable.
- Cancellations due to government Covid travel restrictions imposed after the time of booking will have the option of being held in credit towards future bookings but must be cancelled on the day the restriction is imposed.
- Grace period: 24 hours. Meaning you can cancel free of charge in the first 24 hours after booking, provided your arrival is not within the next 7 days.
Spa Bookings
- Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will get a full refund.
- Cancellations with less notice are not refundable.
Food & Drink
Any food you may have paid for in advance will always be refunded as long as it is cancelled by 9pm the night before. Any drinks paid for in advance will always be refunded.
Vegan House Rule
- To protect the sanctity of our vegan retreat for all guests, animal derived food products (meat, fish, milk, cheese, butter & eggs) and food products containing such ingredients are not allowed on the premises. Any breach of this rule may lead to you being asked to leave on the same day with no refund. With regards to food for your companion animals, we are happy to make an exception provided it is packaged as 'pet food'.
- Rooms will be serviced daily including safety checks and checks for animal derived food products.
- Terms of booking are full payment at time of making your booking.
